By accessing or using Upflux ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Upflux provides an over-the-air (OTA) update platform for React Native applications. Our service includes the Upflux SDK, CLI tools, dashboard, and API for managing and deploying updates to your mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Violate app store guidelines through OTA updates

5. Pricing and Payment

Upflux offers both free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• •We may change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your application code and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and distribute your updates as necessary to provide the Service. Upflux and its logos are trademarks of Upflux.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upflux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
